My Brain Has Too Many Tabs Open

 

I've recently noticed that my brain has too many tabs open - trying to catch up with 200+ emails, scanning every website I come across (I'm just too curious), sorting through all notifications and updates from various apps I've signed up to, juggling deadlines of my blog posts, and the list can go on...

And when you begin to feel the computer is your "best friend", it's time to step away. It's time for a digital detox!!

Unsurprisingly, this urge to create more mental space and freedom comes at the time of year when I'm tuning in with my self and my business to make sure my visions, values and desires are still aligned and I'm not being pulled all sort of different directions, only to realise it's not where I want to be.

I believe that when you want to stay connected, you just sometimes have to disconnect.

Creating a valuable content that helps support your journey online or offline continues to be my main priority and there's so much more I want to give and share with you.
