The first time I came to a yoga class, I actually wanted to run away! Everything was new, strange and nothing what I expected. Well, things changed and I am so happy I returned. Different studio, different class, different teacher, different yoga style. Somehow yoga stuck with me and I stuck with yoga...and I have been enjoying this journey ever since!
I understand finding the right yoga class can be quite daunting experience. There are perhaps as many varieties of yoga as there are yoga teachers and you don't know where to begin. So you just decide to stay put and don't bother to roll out your yoga mat at all.
That's why I have designed YogaElements program to help you determine what yoga style suits your true nature so you can achieve the greatest benefits and transformation. I will introduce you to 5 basic principles of yoga to suit you and your lifestyle as well as help you adopt a new healthy routine to take your yoga practice to another level, either at home or yoga studio.
This workshop is perfect for all beginners or anyone who wishes to go back to the basics and explore specific yoga postures, improve their alignment, kick off their meditation or at home yoga practice , establish a deeper awareness of breathing, gain confidence on the yoga mat or seek adjustments and personalised attention.
