I attended the pregnancy yoga class run by Michaela and although I had never previously done yoga I was amazed at how brilliant the course and Michaela’s teaching proved to be, I am converted to yoga! The course was very informative as well as practical and above all incredibly relaxing and reassuring. It covered everything from breathing to stretching, labour positions etc and I would highly recommend it to any mothers to be. I feel stronger, more energised and have had very few pregnancy aches and pains, which I am sure is partly down to the regular yoga classes. Thank you Michaela!
