You'll learn how to cultivate your breath or life force energy so you can release all the physical tension and mental stress, creating more space to manifest your incredible potential - physically, mentally and spiritually.

When you book 1-to-1 session with me, we first determine your needs, health condition and expectations during the initial consultation which is part of the first session (15 mins).

My teaching is based on the Ayurvedic principles, an ancient medicinal system from India, that helps us decide what type of practice best suits your body + mind constitution.
